TCCE-2025 will be hosted by Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), in collaboration with the International Institute of Invincible Rhythms (IIOIR), Shimla, India, and the Amity Cognitive Computing and Brain Informatics Centre, Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur, India. The conference will take place on 12–13 November 2025.
