Author Registration
To participate in TCCE 2025, at least one author per accepted paper must complete registration.

Note: A 30% discount on the registration fee is offered for a second manuscript submission by the same presenter.
Terms & Condition
- Paper presentation requires at least ONE author of each paper to register for the conference.
- Registered fees (physical) include admission to all conference sessions, daily lunch, tea breaks and conference kit.
- Registration fees (physical/online) will cover one (1) paper per registration with a limit of 10 pages per paper.

- All bank charges are to be borne by the participant.

Payment of Registration Fee
A) FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANT, the registration fee is payable in the United State Dollar (USD) using credit card via the EDAS TCCE 2025 registration website at Register for TCCE 2025 (Registration link).

B) FOR MALAYSIAN PARTICIPANT, all payments can be made in Ringgit Malaysia via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ cash deposit to the following account:

Post-Conference Journal Publication
The accepted paper may be submitted for the possible publication (after more than 40% modification) in the SCI/Scopus/WoS/Refereed journal of national and international repute.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified by email to the conference secretariat. Any cancellation made within 30 days from the conference date will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. No refund can be made after 1st November 2025. The conference secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
