Camera Ready Submission Guidelines

Notice: For preparing the final manuscript in camera-ready submission, the maximum page limit set by Springer is 10.

Template
  1. Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using Springer’s official proceedings templates, available for both LaTeX and MS Word. Please refer to Springer’s Author Guidelines for detailed instructions. Springer also encourages authors to include their ORCID iD in the manuscript.
  2. For initial submissions, authors are strongly encouraged to follow the Springer AISC manuscript submission guidelines ensure consistency and quality.
  3. All submissions must be made electronically in both PDF and DOC/RTF formats, using the Springer AISC style. You can download the official template files here:

  4. Paper Submission Format: PDF Format. You have to convert the word/LaTeX file into PDF format before submitting to the EDAS system.
Camera-Ready Submission Instruction

🔹 Step 1: Revise Your Manuscript

Prepare your final manuscript using the official Springer template (MS Word or LaTeX).
You must address all reviewers' comments provided through the ProConf Author Portal.
📌 Note: If reviewer comments are not addressed, your paper will not be published in the proceedings.

🔹 Step 2: Author Response Document

Prepare a separate PDF file containing your responses to the reviewers’ comments. This document must clearly indicate how each comment was addressed.

🔹 Step 3: Upload Your Submission

Upload your final manuscript  via the EDAS before the final submission deadline.

Download and print the Springer Nature Publication Agreement form. Please ensure the form is signed by hand — do not type or insert a digital signature. Once signed, scan the completed form and upload it as part of your final submission.

Author Submission Steps
  1. Author Information
    List author names in the approved order, using names only (no titles/designations). Provide department/institution for affiliations, valid emails for all authors, and clearly mark the corresponding author.

  2. Abstract
    Ensure the abstract is concise, accurate, and within 150–200 words as per the template.

  3. Language & Clarity
    Check grammar, spelling, and clarity—consider review by a native speaker or language expert.

  4. Plagiarism Policy
    Do not copy any content. Overall similarity must be below 20%, and under 4% from any single source.

  5. Figures & Illustrations
    All images must be original or redrawn with proper citation and permission if needed. If no permissions are required, submit a signed NIL form.

  6. Formatting
    Ensure there are no typos, mixed fonts, or formatting errors. All sections, subsections, figures, tables, and references must be clearly numbered and labeled.

  7. Acknowledgment
    If included, keep acknowledgments brief (under 3 sentences). This section is optional.

  8. References
    All references must be cited in the paper and sourced from reputable journals or conferences.

  9. Page Limit
    The final paper must not exceed 10 pages in the Springer Nature AISC format.

  10. AI Content Detection Policy
    Do not submit fully AI-generated work. Overall AI detection score must be below 30%
